1. Price Information
The prices shown are the prices for the goods shown whether purchased through the 2020 Alpha website or by other means such as email, telephone, FAX or post. All prices are correct at the time of publication of the 20/20 Alpha Catalogue and include VAT where applicable. In the unlikely event that an administrative error causes an incorrect price to be published, we reserve the right to correct the price and you will not then be bound to continue with your purchase.
The VAT Number for 20/20 Alpha Ltd. is GB888 2606 77.

2. Ordering Goods
Our mailorder or FAX order department can only accept orders originating from and for delivery to UK addresses.
To order goods from our catalogue, complete the order form found at the back of your catalogue and post to 20/20 Alpha, 11 Basepoint Business Centre, Marsh Way, Rainham, Essex. RM13 8EU or FAX it to 020 8596 5140. Please take great care when selecting sizes for garments. For double checking your size selection, please feel free to include the measurements taken on the back of your order form.
For additional order forms or for multi-user size-order forms (for clubs etc) please phone 020 8596 5140. On receiving your order we may contact you to confirm that the goods you have ordered are in stock and to confirm some security details related to your card payment. All orders placed on 20/20 Alpha are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks described in section 4 below. Also please refer to section 1 above regarding incorrect prices. No contract will exist between you and 20/20 Alpha for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. Details of your order will be retained by 20/20 Alpha in our database and these details can be made available on request. 3. Payment
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your order. For special orders of any kind, the order will not be processed until paid for in full. (See also Section 9 below).
We can only accept debit or credit card payments from holders of credit or debit cards registered at UK addresses.

4. Validation Checks
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, 20/20 Alpha will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit and debit cards, 20/20 Alpha may validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g. Electoral Roll data). We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order.

5. Delivery
We can deliver to most addresses within the United Kingdom although for deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands there will be an additional delivery charge (see 6 below) and slightly longer delivery lead time.
Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your place of work.
Your order will be delivered either by Courier, by Royal Mail, or by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. A signature is required for all Courier deliveries and Royal Mail Recorded Deliveries. If for any reason the package(s) arrived damaged, please check the contents before you sign for package(s). Once you sign for the package(s) you are agreeing that you have received the package(s) in good condition and we are then unable to claim from the courier if items have become lost or damaged in transit.
If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasions, be dispatched separately.
Deliveries outside the UK can be specially arranged. Charges will be agreed separately with customers dependent upon weight and size of consignment, destination and desired method of shipment.

6. Delivery Charges
The standard Delivery Charge for orders for delivery to most mainland UK addresses is £10.50 and will normally be by courier. For smaller lower value items we may reduce this charge at our discretion and dispatch through Royal Mail. We will contact you by email to inform you.
Surcharges apply for deliveries to:

7. Delivery Times
From the receipt of your order we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 7 working days providing the goods are in stock.

Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer.

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.

Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.

Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

9. Returns Policy
Your rights as a consumer to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.

Contracts for the purchase of goods by a Customer not acting in the course of a business and made over the telephone or through the 20/20 Alpha website, or by mail order, are, with the exception of certain excepted contracts, subject to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ('the Regulations').

If the Regulations apply, Customers may cancel goods purchased from 20/20 Alpha Ltd by sending a written notice of cancellation by post or hand delivery addressed to Customer Services at 20/20 Alpha Ltd. 11 Basepoint Business Centre, Marsh Way, Rainham, Essex. RM13 8EU or by e-mail to customerservices@2020alpha.co.uk.
The notice of cancellation must be delivered within 7 working days of the day after date of delivery of the goods.

The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods if he or she exercises this right of cancellation under the Regulations. If the Customer does not actually return the goods to 20/20 Alpha Ltd., the Customer is under a duty to make the goods available for collection at the Customer's expense from the address to which they were delivered.

The Customer is under a duty to retain possession of the goods whilst awaiting return to 20/20 Alpha Ltd. and to take reasonable care of them during this period. The Customer will be liable for any loss of or damage to the goods if he or she fails to comply with this obligation.

Goods being returned must be in the original and unused condition (including original packaging) along with the wrapping and delivery note or invoice (as proof of purchase).

Please ensure that the goods you have ordered are to your specification prior to breaking the manufacturer’s seals or packaging. This will avoid disappointment and the products being rejected, should you wish to return them.

We only accept orders for; special order items, made to measure, outsized and customised items on the basis that once processed, they cannot be cancelled or returned after receipt for refund/exchange.

10. Special Offers and Discounts
Special Offers and discounts which are made available from time to time are subject to change without notice.

11. Faulty Goods
The guarantee period for all goods is 30 days.
If during this time a product you purchase from us is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing error we will supply a replacement, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price of the product. Contact us as shown in 8 above to arrange return of the product in question.

After 30 days, if a fault is discovered, please feel free to contact us to discuss the situation.

If the wrong size is ordered, exchanges can be made but shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense.

12. Colour Representation
Reproduction of colour online is as accurate as photographic and electronic processes will allow.

13. Privacy Policy
20/20 Alpha does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.
